Dear Girish, We met when I handed you my 'Cadbury patch' nearly 20 years ago. Despite having some years as your manager... we both know it was in fact YOU who kept me 'in check' :-) You are so kind and have a talent for bringing out the best in everyone. We would always spend our time together talking about our families, sharing our challenges but most of all how proud we are of them. I know you have a gorgeous family who will look after your 2 special ladies Mina & Meera, but know I have offered to be here if ever they need me. Thank you for all your love and support Girish.
